Frequently asked questions
The initial consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other. One-on-one tutoring is very personal, so this is a time for us both to determine if working together feels like a good fit.
During the consultation, I’ll learn more about your needs, goals, and availability, set expectations, and answer any questions you may have. I’ll then use this information to begin developing a personalized plan for you. Consultations may be conducted via phone, video call, or in-person depending on your preference.
That's up to you! I find it's easier to get to know my students in-person; however, if virtual is more convenient for you based on location, time, or cost, that's also a great option. I'm currently based in Denver, CO.
This depends on your goals and schedule. In general, the more frequently we meet, the more progress we can make. Consistency is key, so I typically recommend meeting at least once per week. We can talk through options during your consultation and find what works best for you.
Sessions start at $100 per hour. The exact rate may vary depend on your needs, location, and my current availability. Please contact me to discuss details.
