Why I Teach

I have an insatiable appetite for learning that continues to be a driving force in my life. It has led me across academic disciplines, deep into research, and ultimately toward a search for a meaningful life.
Because of this, I understand how difficult learning can be—and what helps make it easier. I will never be done learning, but I've chosen to use my experience and expertise to help others do the same. Teaching one-on-one is the most rewarding and challenging work I've found, and it's also where I do my best.
Learning anything requires effort and engagement. If you're struggling with math, that work can feel overwhelming, intimidating, or even hopeless. I'm here to guide you through the process, break concepts down, and hold you accountable along the way. I believe everyone can learn math given the right support.
My ultimate goal is to build confidence that extends into all aspects of life—because if you can learn math, you can learn anything!
